Here's where I'm going to try to list all the games that are aviable for PC that were origionally for Playstation. Then, then I hope to undertake the task of listing the PC -> PSX port list as well (the horror...). Typically games that are ported to PC are better than if you were to try to emulate the PSX origional, but maybe one day that will change (as it has with the advancement of SNES emulation in recent times).
