this software-house's homepage has been updated with more info on
their current project: Guardian Light - Ancient Evil. Check it out!
after a couple of days, only two people voted in the pop-up issue...
I must say that I'm a bit disappointed about that... not many webmasters
give their visitors the chance to express their opinion in such an
important matter. Anyway, thanks to those who used their right to vote.
Since the votes for won, I'll be running a test with the pop-up system.
Remember that you can always use the
Message Board to express your opinion about it.
some of you probably know that this company pays for any link.
I've recently been in their site and signed up. Since almost
nobody clicks on the banners, this could be a great way to
get a few bucks. This money could then be used in trying to
get a new server, pay my net account or globally cheering me up :).
But when I first created this site I wasn't thinking of making
money with it. And I still think the same way. It would be nice
to get some payment for my work, but I also get some fun from doing
this site... so here's the deal. I thought about placing a link to
AllClicks in the server select screen. Whenever you entered the page,
the splash screen window would load RPG Channel and a pop-up with
AllClicks would open (thus paying me for every visitor I get).
According to their terms of service, this is a perfectly legal link.
I don't think that this is boring and it'll help me a lot. Anyway,
I'll only do it if it's fine with you. That's why I'm placing here
a poll... vote on it, as this is important for me. Your opinion matters!
Valkyrie Profile: Enix's new RPG should be available in the US in
the 29th of August. American PlayStation users can start saving
money for a game that was a hit in Japan (actually, it wasn't all
that much of a hit... and there probably are better games where you
can spend your money... but this RPG means that Enix of America is back!).
RPG RING: Swordsman's homepage has been updated and re-designed!
Check out the changes at
Ishibishi: this emulation site is one of RPG Channel's affiliates.
Some time ago, a good amount of his files were deleted. His webmaster
is currently trying to rebuild that file archive, so drop by his site at
and give him some support! (and also see how a good page is like :) ).
Star Wars: Lucasarts and BioWare have reached an agreement for
the production of a Star Wars RPG. The creators of Baldur's
Gate are in charge of producing the first Star Wars game based
in a period four thousand years before Episode 1 (which means...
no Jar Jar Binks! YEAH!). If all goes well, this game will be
released in 2002 for PC, Dreamcast, PS2, X-Box and Dolphin.
xrs.net: if you use my xrs re-direction to access RPG Channel,
don't forget that this page is also available through www.rpgchannel.com
(xrs isn't working very well, so please keep in mind these two URLs).
xrs.net: this re-direction service has been going through some
problems. From now on, please start using www.rpgchannel.com
to access this page.
Tales of Phantasia: no, I'm not going to talk about Dejap's
translation patch... I'm just going to show you some snapshots
of the new Tales of Phantasia game for Game Boy Colour. Enjoy
the pictures, the game will only appear in November.
Musics: 5 more songs were added to this page's playlist and
to the Music section. This page now counts with 40 themes.
Shining Force 3: only a couple of people have showed some
interest in the creation of a section dedicated to provide
all the information for a Shining Force 3 translation...
Anyone else interested?
