| A - Skip Ahead one stage | ||
| B - Skip Ahead three stages | ||
| C - Skip Ahead to Panic Puppet Zone, Act 3 | ||
| X - Get a 1up | ||
| Y - Get a Medal | ||
| Z - Get all Chaos Emeralds | ||
