The Dump has every Neo*Geo rom that everyone else has, because, like everybody else, they wait
for ROMLIST to release a new ones. The Dump's problem is that they can only have so many people
in the FTP site to download files in the cramped ClassicGaming server so most of the time you
can't download anything.
